Jess Heslop has a morning gratitude meditation that I used nearly everyday for a few years. It is beautiful way to start your day. Gratitude is an essential of ascension. I still use it a couple times a week.
Jessica Connor, PhD, is someone I am recently acquainted to (online), she has a knowledgable background and her tone is calming and solid.
I just love Pam. She is an older British woman, no nonsense and very loving. I do not understand a lot in Astrology so I rely on her to break things down for me as I stay informed.
